We have modified and improved this recipe since it was first published to respond to comments we received.

This is the perfect dish to bring to a potluck as it travels well and can be reheated in about 30 minutes at 325°F (165°C), covered with foil. What’s more, it goes well with everything: turkey, meat, fish and sauces.
