Used shrimp from shrimp farm in our small southern ON town. 4 friends got together for our first effort (had to poach & peel). We were all astounded at the results. So fresh tasting & delicious. Used local ‘summer blossom’ unpasteurized honey, 2 limes. Had 2 rices— balsamic & wild. Looking forward to doing it again.

delicious. I'd recommend pulling the shrimp tails off though before hand.
