This recipe resulted in wet "not quite muffins". The muffins fall apart when unwrapped. The flavour was great but they were just too wet.
My whole family love these muffins, and they're even better with a caramel syrup on top.
Fabulous! They taste amazing and pretty easy to prepare. I only ending up needing 2 apples, not 3.
These are amazing worth the process it takes
I was well into making these muffins when I realized there was no sugar amount listed to cream with the butter. Assumed the second 1/2 cup butter was supposed to be 1/2 cup sugar. It seemed the right proportion to the amount of flour. Fortunately, it was a correct assumption and they were delicious.
Is their supposed to be a duplicate of 1/2 cup butter in muffin recipe?
