    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely chopped
    • 2 green onions, coarsely chopped
    • 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped 

    • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) freshly ground white pepper
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) toasted sesame oil
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
    • 1 pork loin, about 2.25 to 5 to 5 1/2 lbs (2.5 kg)
