Preparation

  1. Preheat the gas grill, setting the burners to low.
  2. In a bowl, combine the potatoes with the olive oil, tossing to coat. Place the potatoes in a single layer on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes per side.
  3. Sprinkle the potatoes with steak spice.
  4. Serve with grilled meats, for example Grilled Strip Loin Steaks (see recipe).
