    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) honey
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp (30 ml) apple cider vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Brochettes

    • 2 duck breast halves, about 3/4 lb (340 g) each, completely trimmed of fat
    • 2 Golden Delicious apples, cored and each cut into 6 cubes
    • 8 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes, or metal skewers
    • Salt and pepper
