Preparation

  1. In a food processor, pulse all the ingredients, a few seconds at a time, until the desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with chips, mini-pitas or vegetables.

Note

This artichoke spread can also be used to garnish sandwiches, lasagna or simply be tossed in your favorite pasta, as you would with pesto. It goes well with grilled chicken or seafood.

  1. Very good! I tossed this with extra-broad egg noodles for a quick and easy side dish.
