- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the bread in half of the oil. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, brown the ham in the remaining oil until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside.
- In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the food processor as needed. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine the lettuce and mayonnaise. Sprinkle with the croutons, ham, and Parmesan.
