Worm Soup (Cream of Spinach Soup with Long Macaroni)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) red food colouring
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) yellow food colouring
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) green food colouring
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) vegetable oil
  • 5 cups (1.25 litres) chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 bag 170 g fresh spinach
  • 1/3 cup (75 ml) tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canned black beans, rinsed and drained
  • Salt and pepper
