Variation For a salad that could appeal to more kids, use bocconcini cheese, and in the grown-up version, use feta cheese.
I made only half the recipe and cut back on the pasta and it still made 4 servings. Very tasty. I’m glad there is some left for lunch tomorrow.
This is so good, every bite is different, and fresh. I made it with tuna and with chicken and it is excellent with both.
