Ingredients

  • 1/4 Scotch bonnet pepper
  • Grated zest of 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
