Ingredients: 2 onions, chopped; 2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced; 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped; 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil; 3 tomatoes, diced; 3 peaches, pitted and diced; 1 cup (250 ml) sugar; 1 cup (250 ml) white vinegar; 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
