  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Season with pepper. Add the chicken, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. 


Sauce

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Keep cold.
  2. With the rack in the highest position, preheat the oven’s broiler. Thread the chicken strips onto the skewers. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 6 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve with the sauce.
