    • 3 green apples
    • 3 cups (750 ml) bean sprouts
    • 3 green onions, finely chopped 

    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh cilantro, chopped
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) roasted and chopped peanuts
    • Salt and pepper

    • Juice of 1 lime

    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fish sauce
