  • French Dressing

    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vegetable or olive oil
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
    • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) finely chopped shallot
    • Salt and pepper
  • Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

    • 1/3 cup (75 ml) walnut oil
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) red wine vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
    • Salt and pepper
  • Homemade "Catalina" Dressing

    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) canola or corn oil
    • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) white wine vinegar
    • 1 small clove garlic, finely chopped 

    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
    • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette

    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
    • 1/3 cup (75 ml) balsamic vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh oregano
    • Salt and pepper
  • Indian-Style Yogurt Dressing

    • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
    • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) curry powder
    • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground ginger
    • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) ground cardamom (optional)
    • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Cayenne pepper
  • Bacon and Maple Dressing

    • 6 slices bacon, cut into small pieces and cooked until crisp

    • 2 green onions, finely chopped 

    • 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
    • 1/3 cup (75 ml) cider vinegar
    • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Dijon mustard
    • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) maple syrup
    • Salt and pepper
