Ingredients

Coffee Dry Rub

Preparation

Coffee Dry Rub

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
  3. Rub each tenderloin with 2 tbsp of dry rub. Let stand for 10 minutes. Keep the remaining rub in an airtight container at room temperature.
  4. Reduce the grill’s heat to medium. Grill the pork tenderloins for 10 to 15 minutes, turning at regular intervals. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  5. Serve with a potato salad or a green salad drizzled with coffee vinaigrette, if desired.

Note

To bake in the oven
Brown the pork tenderloins in an oven-safe nonstick skillet and bake in the centre of the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.

Comments

  1. Agree with the comment on salt. WAY too much. If you reduce it to 2 tsp it works, 2 Tbsp is almost not edible it so salty. But with this adjustment its great!

  2. Delicious and very quick and easy to prepare. The flavour is outstanding.

  3. It is very good but even 30 min of cooking in the oven in a stone pot was not enough.

  4. It was interesting flavor but way too salty. I did let it sit more than 10 minutes but I don't think that affected how salty it was. I would put 2 tsp instead of 2 Tbsp.
