"Cheesecake" Popsicles

Ingredients

• Cherry filling

  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cherry jam

• Cheese filling

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 lb (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) vanilla extract

• Crackers

  • 4 graham crackers, coarsely chopped 

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) honey
• • 6 wooden popsicle sticks
