- In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over the water. Let bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl in the microwave oven, heat 250 ml (1 cup) of grape juice for about 1 minute. Add the gelatin and stir until it has completely dissolved. Add the remaining grape juice and stir.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until the jelly has completely set.
- Just before serving, stir the jelly with a fork to break it into pieces. Add the jelly to 3 glasses and fill with tropical fruit juice.
