On the baking sheet, spread eight 15 x 5-cm (6 x 2-inch) bands with each approximately 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 7 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned. Right out of the oven, sprinkle the spice mixture over the chips. Loosen the chips with a spatula and place them diagonally on a rolling pin to curve them, if desired. Let cool and unmould. Continue with the remaining cheese.
