- Place the chocolate in a bowl. Set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring the milk and sugar to a boil, stirring until the sugar has completely dissolved. Pour over the chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute without stirring.
- With a whisk, stir the mixture until smooth. Cool slightly and stir in the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Stir again and divide into portions. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
After several hours of refrigeration, it is normal that a liquid (whey) floats to the surface. Simply stir again before serving.
