- 1 recipe Basic Vanilla Cupcakes
- 1 recipe Vanilla Frosting
- 12 small marshmallows  
- 12 large marshmallows
- Almond Paste  
- Black fondant or icing, to draw the eyes

Preparation

- Top the vanilla cupcakes with vanilla frosting. Top a large marshmallow with a small marshmallow to form the body of the ghost. Cover with a circle of almond paste. With a toothpick, draw the eyes with the fondant or icing, coloured black.
