Variation
If you want a vegetarian dish, opt for meatless ground “meat”. This product is usually sold in the tofu section of most grocery stores. Its appearance is mistakenly close to cooked ground beef, but it is soy based, thus it is a vegetarian product.

I was blown away by how good this recipe was! I made a couple of changes--I cubed the tofu and added it to the stir fry with the onion, and I used half as much beef (I had some leftover from another recipe). Will definitely make again, and see how well it freezes :)
