Fruit Smoothie

  1. In the blending beaker of a hand blender, place all of the ingredients. Purée until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass.


For a more filling smoothie, add 2 to 3 tbsp of fruit silken tofu and purée with the remaining ingredients.
