  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and drink through a straw. 



Note

For a more filling smoothie, add 30 to 45 ml (2 to 3 tablespoons) of silken tofu.

  1. J'ai utilisé des bleuets congelés et ce fut un délice! Servir très froid et vous aurez un succès auprès des enfants. Easy to do!
