Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Apples

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. On a non-stick baking sheet, toss the Brussels sprouts with the onion and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Turn the Brussels sprouts so they are cut side down on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Add the apples and bake for 30 minutes or until Brussels sprouts are tender and well roasted.
