In a saucepan, bring the blueberries, sugar, and 250 ml (1 cup) of water to a boil. Cover and simmer gently for about 5 minutes or until the blueberries burst open. Strain and discard the blueberries. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
In a pitcher, combine the blueberry syrup with the remaining of the water and the citrus juice. Serve with lots of ice.
Add vodka to turn this lemonade into a cocktail.
