Preparation

  1. In a heavy saucepan, bring all the ingredients to a boil. Simmer gently for about 20 minutes or until the liquid is syrupy.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Serve with a cheese platter.

  1. I was extremely disappointed. Looks and sounds great but doesn't turn out anything near what I expected. A waste of good figs. Sorry Ricardo... a swing and a miss.
