Rhubarb Compote

Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 litre) fresh rhubarb, diced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sugar

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine the rhubarb and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let cool. Cover and refrigerate until completely chilled.
