1 baguette, halved horizontally
1 tomato, cut into wedges
Olive oil
5.5 oz (150 g) thinly sliced Serrano ham
5.5 oz (150 g) Manchego cheese, thinly sliced
Preparation
Rub the inside of the bread with the tomato wedges, crushing them on the crumb. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
Top with the ham and cheese. Close the sandwich. Cut into three or four sections.
