Bocadillos (Spanish-Style Sandwiches)

  1. Rub the inside of the bread with the tomato wedges, crushing them on the crumb. Drizzle generously with olive oil.
  2. Top with the ham and cheese. Close the sandwich. Cut into three or four sections.
