Citrus Vinaigrette

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Set aside.

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta until tender. Drain and oil lightly. Let cool completely.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pasta and vinaigrette with the remaining ingredients except for the cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with Parmesan shavings.

Note

Serve with sandwiches for a picnic or with grilled meats.
