  1. In a small saucepan, brown the onion in half the oil. Add the paprika and garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Add the lemon juice, piri-piri sauce, and remaining oil. Stir well and let cool.

Skewers

  1. Preheat the grill, setting the burners to medium high. Oil the grate.
  2. In a bowl, combine the meat, salt, and half the sauce. Thread the meat onto the skewers.
  3. Grill the skewers for about 3 minutes on each side or until the desired doneness. Top with the remaining sauce and serve.
