In a pot of salted boiling water, cook gnocchi until they rise to the surface. Drain.
Meanwhile, in a large non-stick skillet, melt bacon. Add mushrooms and cook until bacon and mushrooms are golden brown. Add cooked gnocchi and cook until lightly browned. Deglaze skillet with broth and bring to a boil.
Remove skillet from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
To save time, buy pre-sliced mushrooms and pre-cooked bacon.
