  1. In a large non-stick skillet over high heat, brown the chicken thighs in the butter with the curry powder and garlic powder. Add the tomato soup and milk.
  2. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 8 to 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add pepper to taste. Serve with rice and naan bread, if desired.

  1. Made this several times with rice and roasted cauliflower. Freeze some for lunches too. Yum!

  2. This is delicious. I added some coarsely chopped coloured bell peppers and a medium size onion that I sauteed to the chicken mixture for the last few minutes of cooking. With the rice and naan bread it was great meal.

  4. Great recipe. Have made this twice. Added corn starch at the end this time to thicken. Next batch I will remove the chicken, make the sauce and reduce it then add the chicken to finish cooking. That way no corn starch! Thanks Ricardo!

  5. i rendered the chicken skin from the thighs to mix with butter as the fat and added a bit of flour to thicken then whole thing. Other than that, I followed the recipe and am pretty impressed that i really liked something with a can of soup as one of the ingredients.

  6. Great supper recipe - just needs salt on the chicken and a thickening agent.

  7. Planning on trying this recipe out tomorrow night. Do you think I could either replace or possibly add a bit of greek yogurt to it?

  9. delicious!!

  10. Awesome, I didn't have condensed so I didn't use milk, used fresh crushed garlic as I had no powder, added a little heavy cream right at the end. Quick easy and the family loved it, thank you sir, it's going on the weekly meal planner.

  11. So easy to make and delicious!!!

  12. Since the recipe sounds great, but a few have had to add flour or corn starch to thinking it up; would using cream instead of milk solve this as well?

  13. Soooo yummy! Thanks for sharing

  14. DELICIOUS AND SO EASY! Did not make any changes whatsoever to the recipe. It was perfect!

  15. Quick, easy and tasty. I minced up an onion and threw it in as well as adding another 1/2 tbs of curry. Add some roti and rice and you are set.
