Preparation

  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook carrots until slightly al dente. Drain.
  2. In a large bowl, combine carrots, butter and chives. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm until ready to serve.

Note

You can use different coloured carrots. However, cook red carrots separately.

  1. I think there is a typo in this recipe.... you really don't mean 30 large carrots do you? Or do you mean 3 large carrots. I would think 30 large carrots would feed an army barracks !!!!
