Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice
- 2 green pears, unpeeled, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 2 red pears, unpeeled, cored and cut into thin wedges
- 1 cup (250 ml) green grapes, halved
- 1 cup (250 ml) large red grapes, halved

Preparation

- In a small bowl, combine honey with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, sprinkle pears with remaining lemon juice. Toss well.
- On a serving platter or in a serving bowl, combine pears and grapes. Add lemon honey and toss well.
