Pear and Grape Salad

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey with 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, sprinkle pears with remaining lemon juice. Toss well.
  3. On a serving platter or in a serving bowl, combine pears and grapes. Add lemon honey and toss well.

Note

If you have a chance to get your hands on fresh figs, do not hesitate to add them to this beautiful fruit salad.
