  1. In a non-stick skillet, brown fish in oil on both sides over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper. Add shallot and cook for about 1 minute. Break fish into pieces. Let cool.

Salad

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add warm fish mixture. Toss gently. Adjust seasoning.
