Ginger Syrup

  • Makes 250 ml (1 tasse)

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, bring the water and sugar to a boil. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat. Add the remaining ingredient and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Note

Good to Know

You can also use this syrup in sparkling wine, a fresh smoothie or soft drink to enhance its flavors. It will keep for two weeks in the refrigerator.
