Ingredients

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the water, oil and sugar.
  2. With a stand mixer or food processor (use the kneading hook or plastic blade respectively), combine the flour, yeast and salt. Add the water mixture and mix on medium speed or process until the dough forms a soft ball.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Shape into a ball and place in a clean, lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and set the bowl in a warm, humid location for about 1 hour.
  4. Use the dough immediately or wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 12 hours or freeze.

Comments

  1. Ricardo, thank you so much for this amazing pizza recipe! This is the best pizza dough that I have ever made and I loved the texture of the crust. It was light and crisp. It was also easy to make. Thank you again!

  2. We love this pizza dough. What is the best temperature to bake the pizza at please?

  3. I'm confused. 625 ml is not 2 1/2 cups of flour unless my scale is very broken. Which is it?

  4. I made this pizza crust tonight and it was great! We will definitely keep making this recipe.

  5. This is the best pizza dough recipe I have ever used and has been my go-to for some time. It's a no fail.
