    • 8 oz (227 g) small white button mushrooms, quartered
    • 2 stalks celery, diced
    • 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
    • 1 small onion, finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil
    • 1 lb (454 g) medium-lean ground beef
    • 1/2 cup (125 ml) beef broth
    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Worcestershire sauce
    • Salt and pepper
