Ingredients

- 1/2 Pizza Dough recipe
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) almond butter or chocolate hazelnut spread
- 2 cups (300 g) milk chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups (100 g) mini marshmallows

Preparation

- Preheat the grill, setting the burners to high. Oil the grate.
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough into a circle approximately 14 inches (35 cm) in diameter. Place directly on the grill and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until the bottom of the crust is golden brown.
- Reduce the heat to low. Flip the crust over and brush the grilled side with the almond butter. Garnish with the chocolate and marshmallows. Close the lid and continue cooking until the marshmallows are golden brown or melted.
- Let cool on a wooden board before serving.
