In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the garlic in 60 ml (¼ cup) of the oil. Add the paprika and chili flakes. Let cool. Add the remaining oil and strain through a fine sieve, if desired. Serve with warm corn on the cobs.
If you have leftover oil, keep it in the refrigerator an d use to marinate meat.
