  1. In a bowl, combine the fruit with the honey. Spread yogurt in the centre of each plate. Garnish with the fruit salad. Sprinkle with the toasted coconut and Thai basil leaves.

Note

To toast the shredded coconut, place it on a plate and heat it up in the microwave for 45 to 60 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, until golden brown.
