Montreal Steak Seasoning

  1. In a coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle, crush the peppercorns, coriander, dill and pepper flakes. Add the remaining ingredients and combine.
  2. Sprinkle generously on steaks (T-bone, filet mignon, etc.), whole roasting chicken or tuna steaks, and grill.
