Cucumber and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unpeeled cucumber, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla yogurt
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.

Note

Freeze the remaining pineapple pieces and use them as ice in the smoothie.
