Cucumber and Pineapple Smoothie
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) unpeeled cucumber, cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) vanilla yogurt
- Ice cubes (optional)
- In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately.
Freeze the remaining pineapple pieces and use them as ice in the smoothie.
