Preparation

  1. In a dish or in a large sealable plastic bag, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Add chicken, pork or shrimp and coat well with the marinade. Cover the dish or seal the bag. Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours.

Comment

  1. This was a nice easy recipe to use up some frozen buttermilk. We love pepper, so I added about 1-1/2 tsp. I was using fresh garlic, so next time I might bump that up a bit!
