  1. In a blender, purée all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

Note

Garam masala is a blend of roasted and ground spices usually consisting of mace, cardamom, cumin, coriander, nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon. You can prepare the mix at home or purchase it in most grocery stores.

Comment

  1. Can also use mango pulp (found in any grocery store) rather than frozen mango. Use double the amount than the yoghurt required. Add about 1 cup ice. No need for garam masala if spicy is not your thing!
