    • 1/2 cup (20 g) fresh basil
    • 1/2 cup (20 g) fresh chives
    • 1/2 cup (20 g) cilantro
    • 1/2 cup (20 g) flat-leaf parsley

    • 1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
  • Mussels

    • 4 to 6 slices loaf bread, toasted (optional)
