  • Panna Cotta

    • 2 tsp (10 ml) powdered gelatin
    • 3 tbsp (45 ml) cold water
    • 2 cups (500 ml) 10% light cream
    • 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
    • Grated zest of 1 lemon
  • Orange Juice Mousse

    • 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml) powdered gelatin
    • 1 cup (250 ml) orange juice (pulp-free)
    • 1/4 cup (55 g) sugar
    • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
    • 1/4 tsp (1 ml)
    • A few drops of yellow food colouring (optional)
