In each raclette cooking pan, place 3 ravioli and 2 mushroom slices. Sprinkle with 1 ½ tsp of the dried sausage and some green onion. Garnish with 1 ½ tsp (7.5 ml) of the crème fraîche and a half slice of cheese.
Cook under the raclette heating element until the cheese is golden. Season with pepper
Delicious with our fresh herb and lemon sauce.
This recipe can be cooked in the oven. Simply arrange the ingredients in ramekins and cook on broil for 3 minutes.
