Ingredients

  • 1 ½ oz (45 ml) 35% heavy cream
  • 1 oz (30 ml) lemon juice
  • ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
  • ¼ tsp (1 ml) orange blossom water
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ½ cups (220 g) ice cubes
  • 4 oz (125 ml) cold club soda
  • Small zests of lime
  • Pinch of cinnamon
